Fantastic experience at the Altair, we were contacted before arrival to confirm our check in time and they then got a room ready early for us. The room itself was extremely large and extremely clean, with a huge bed that appeared to be two queens joined together. Minibar prices were cheap and the room looked very recently renovated, with a lovely combination of wood and exposed brick. Also provided us a kettle and boarding pass printing without charge. Lovely staff.

We've been to Santiago 5 times, staying in different places each time. This was the best accommodation by far. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square and cathedral, spacious, clean, very comfortable, quiet day and night. It even has a small terrace at the back. Great communication, with clear instructions on how to access the property.

Nothing short of magic. It was a big disappointment that we couldn't get into the restaurant, however, that shows how good it must be.

Great place just 15 mins outside Santiago de Compostela. Lovely old farmhouse beautifully converted into five en suite guest rooms. The main reception / shared lounge is a beautiful room. Host Susana helpful and pleasant. The place is a common resting point for people walking the Camino de Santiago… so we had a great evening sat in the garden sharing a supermarket bottle of wine with some “pilgrims”. . NOTE : Google takes you through the village which has NIGHTMARE road between stone...

Beautiful hotel and food.

A small smart boutique hotel with a delightful garden on a quiet street next to the park and close to a fab Michelin restaurant. Excellent service. We did pay extra for a larger room.

Perfect hotel, great for exploring Santiago and the area, new looking rooms,great amenities, nice staff,great lobby, complimentary hot drinks, plenty of free parking. The breakfast is ok

We love staying at PR Tambre. The location is superb, the rooms are comfy and clean and the knowledge share by Eva always helps us to enjoy our visit. The staff is fantastic, very polite and friendly. Overall a great place to stay when in Santiago.

Great position to stay in Santiago after Camino walk

Our stay was perfect. The room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. Excellent bed linen & towels. Fridge stocked daily with water & orange juice. Secure & safe building. Excellent communication from the owner. Location was perfect. I would recommend this place to stay

A true 5 star experience! All member’s of staff were very friendly and helpful . Large room, comfortable beds , great bathroom ( with a bath 😁) Tea / coffee making facilities and complimentary water appreciated. Restaurant was excellent- breakfast was wonderful with a huge choice . We stayed here after completing the Camino de Santiago and it was the perfect hotel to relax and restore our energy .
