The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to see. Check-in was smooth and convenient; the staff provided all the necessary information by phone, making the process quick and easy. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and well-maintained. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, which was a nice bonus. The air conditioning worked AMAZING and it was the perfect place to relax and catch up on sleep after the Camino. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Complimentary muffins, coffee, water, and orange juice were provided and replenished. Excellent location, a few blocks from the Cathedral and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The room is very comfortable and the service was excellent. It is automated, but the code never came. We were able to sort it out quickly with a call though. Everything else was great. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything and close to the cathedral. The space was exactly as shown. It is a busy area, but the double windows and AC muted the noise nicely. Something to note is that this above a wine cellar and there is no reception desk. We were provided all access instructions via WhatsApp by the manager which was totally fine for us, however, if you want someone downstairs and available 24/7 you won’t get that with this property. Housekeeping still occurred daily and the manager was in frequent contact via WhatsApp. The property is extremely central to Santiago (about a 5 min walk to the cathedral). It is on a pedestrian only street so to access you will have to walk about 2 min by foot from another road if driving. The room was very big for a European room and the shutters and a/c worked really well. We got a touch of street noise as it’s on a major street, but nothing overwhelming. Breakfast is not available on site, however, the staff left water, OJ, and muffins for us.
