Fantastic villa with private pool and space for 6 people, located on the outskirts of S'Alqueria Blanca, Santanyí.
This wonderful villa is located only 1.8 km from the beach, but our guests hardly want to leave! Just imagine how great it is to spend your days swimming in the private 8 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9 to 2 m, sunbathing on the 7 sun loungers or preparing tasty barbecues under the porch. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower next to the pool.

Entering the house you will find a wonderful and traditional kitchen-living-dining room. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. The open plan area is perfect for dining together, watching satellite TV or chatting with your companions. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed. Two bathrooms with bathtub complete the interior of the house. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

S’Alqueria Blanca is a small town, belonging to Santanyí, really close to the coast. The property is located at about 3.3 km from the village and at only 1.8 km from one of the most beautiful bays of the island, Cala Mondragó. There is also the protected Parque Natural de Mondragó that certainly deserves an excursion or, at least, a pleasant walk. The golf course is also at only 7 km away, the Golf Platz Cala d’Or.

Good place near Portopetro

The place near Portopetro is very nice. We really liked the outside of the house. It was cosy and beautiful. It was perfect for our workation. Inside it was okay. The house has a little smell of its own and unfortunately the washing machine did not work. But the communication and help with the agency was great.

Wonderful location, beautiful pool

We had a great two weeks staying at this Finca just outside Porto Petro. It’s lovely and secluded, surrounded by Almond tree fields, but still very close to local beaches and towns. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, some days over 40 degrees and the Finca doesn’t have air con (which we knew) and we had to rent some air con units to make it more comfortable so if it looks like there is going to be a heat wave during your visit keep this in mind. Upon arrival there was a lovely fruit bowl and water provided and the Finca was immaculate. The pool and bbq area is fantastic and the kids absolutely loved spending the days jumping in and out of the pool. Porto Petro is a gorgeous little harbour with some nice restaurants and some good hidden beaches that don’t get to crowded during the high season. All in all we had an amazing two weeks.

Beautiful location, clean house

The location is gorgeous, the house is clean and the pool with outdoor kitchen is simply fantastic. Also well located to get to supermarket, restaurants, nature etc by car in just a few minutes. For this price I would have expected air-conditioning or at least mosquito-nets in the windows. We were fortunate to have almost no insects in June, but when it gets even hotter and mosquito season starts, these are must-haves for a house in this price range.

We managed without a car but it did mean that we have to walk for approximately 30 minutes to get to Porto Petro and similar again for the closest beach. We enjoy walking so this wasn't a problem. Taxis are also very reasonable so this is also an option. We got a taxi to and from Lidl to buy our essentials. This cost about €16 each way. There are a couple of small supermarkets in Porto Petro (e.g. Spar) but these are expensive. There are some lovely restaurants in Porto Petro that have beautiful views over the sea. The pool was amazing. Our children spent a lot of time in it. The outside eating area and BBQ was a bonus. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this property.

Die nötigen Informationen zur Anreise kommen 3 Tage vor Abflug zu spät, was auf Nachfrage aber bei Vacalia üblich ist. Das kennen wir von anderen Anbietern nicht. Unsere Finca bei S'Alceria Blanca hatte einen sehr schönen Poolbereich. Die Lage fußläufig zur Mondrago war super. Leider war wohl lange niemand vor uns in der Finca. Es roch modrig und war erst nach 2 Tagen dauerlüften erträglich. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht, besonders die Küche. Es gab leider keine Informationen, ob und wie der Pool/Finca gepflegt wird. Für uns nachvollziehbar wurde der Pool in 10 Tagen einmal gereinigt.

Luxus für vergleichsweise kleines Geld

Tolle Finca! Ist komplett ausgestattet (inkl. Bettwäsche, Hand-/Strandtücher, Reinigungsschwämmen/-mitteln, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Außengrill, ...). Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker, etc, haben wir vor Ort besorgt. Portopetro ist mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt - niedliches Fischerörtchen mit wirklich tollen Restaurants (z. b. El Baul oder Na Petra). Sehr zu empfehlen. Reiteranlage mit Leihpferden in der Nähe. Zum Strand zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten.

Rustikale Finca mit Pool in ländlicher Umgebung, mit kurzer Entfernung zu Strand und Hafenstädtchen

Like · Die kleine gepflegte Finca liegt ländlich eingebettet in einer Mandelbaumparcelle. Mit einer großen geschützten Terrasse und einem schön angelegten Aussenpool ist sie ideal für kurze Aufenthalte für bis zu 6 Personen. 2 km vom Meer und vom Hafenstädtchen Portopetro entfernt bietet es einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung auch zu Fuß, zum Strand wie auch zu den zahlreichen Restaurants. Wer es gerne ländlich und rustikal mag, ist in dieser Finca und in der Umgebung gut aufgehoben. Dislike · Die Ausstattung ist für tägliches grillen und kochen etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Das zweite Bad ist nur von der Poolseite zugänglich. Die Hausdämmung dürfte für sehr heiße oder kältere Tage nicht ausreichend sein, aber dafür ist es ja ein Ferienhaus.
