A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working.
Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and they’re is a public car park just outside the hotel but can be seen from window, I worked a truck with trailer there and could see from balcony and there was still lots of parking! Definitely stay again, an would recommend!! Breakfast is really nice and rooms clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is low an over bath, but can still manage a nice wash!
It’s only about 10mm from ferry from Santander, the bay is gorgeous and imagine in summer, you’d be hard...

We arrived at 1pm and were able to check into our room. Very clean, powerful shower and small bottles of complimentary water and toiletries replenished each day. Great location for walking around the city. Hotel guests receive 10% discount off menu del dia, served 1pm-4pm - choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and includes bread and half a bottle of wine each for €18. The Rioja wine is very full bodied. Highly recommended for authentic home cooked Spanish food. Would highly recommend this...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel - and I let the reception staff know how much we liked it on checking out. The beds were comfortable, the shower was efficient and it was good to have two chairs in the room to relax in.
