"Beautiful hotel which I think is the best in the area. My room was upgraded and I got given a room with a lovely view of the nearby church. The room was big and clean, as was the bathroom (one of the biggest I’ve seen in Europe). Convenient location to bus station and to all the bus stops which made getting around and going to nearby cities very easy. On site cafe and restaurant was very popular and I saw it full of locals constantly which is always a good sign. All staff were friendly and you are welcomed as soon as you step into the lobby."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and was even lucky enough to get a balcony room. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable - no complaints. Both the reception- and cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. Because of this, the good location and the fact that they are dog friendly, we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santander."
