"Reading some previous us reviews I am not sure what some people are expecting when they book an historic hotel? This is a beautiful individual old building furnished in a delightful appropriate manner. Yes, it is a little dark but that's how it was 500 years ago. We were welcomed by Eva and shown where to park. All the staff could not have been more helpful. It has a lovely little bar and serves a lovely breakfast. "Beautiful hotel which I think is the best in the area. My room was upgraded and I got given a room with a lovely view of the nearby church. The room was big and clean, as was the bathroom (one of the biggest I’ve seen in Europe). Convenient location to bus station and to all the bus stops which made getting around and going to nearby cities very easy.
