Didn’t like that the air conditioner temperture was regulated! The room temperture was hot for me and the personal of the hotel didn’t do anything about it! They only responded they couldn’t di anything because temperture is regulated! When i did the reservation that wanst explained anywhere! If im paying for a room a want the room to have a comfortable temperture so i can sleep well! I couldn’t sleep well bexause of the hot room temperature!

Absolutamente fantástico. Es un sitio de ensueño, la comida maravillosa y el lugar impactante. Lo más especial sin embargo es la atención del personal.
