Bright, with exquisite care to every detail, a pleasant terrace where breakfast, parking space and Wi-Fi Internet and a quick connection to the highway to see the rest of the island. This house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation. It is ideal for families and couples because it has capacity for 4 people (up to 3 adults and a child) and is distributed on two floors. On the upper floor, where you enter the property, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with incredible views of the sea and the swimming pool and a toilet. On the ground floor of the property, there is a complete bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms, one of them with access to a cosy terrace where you can relax. With all the comforts, Internet Wifi fibre, thought for teleworking and parking space. Strategically located to get to know both the north of the island and the metropolitan area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice design lounge overlooking the sea and the pool of the residential complex, terrace, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, sheets, shower towels, crib, high chair, baby safety gate, Internet, parking space and communal pool. There is currently works on the facade of the building and you may experience some noise during the day.
