With a parking space, communal swimming pool and fibre optic Wi-Fi. This beautiful two-storey property is ideal for families, couples or business trips, accommodating up to 3 guests. On the upper floor, the entrance area features a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has direct access to a cosy private terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the island's climate. With all the amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote working, a parking space and communal swimming pool, this accommodation offers comfort and functionality in a quiet and exclusive setting. Located in Santa Úrsula, an area with excellent road connections and quick access to the motorway, allowing you to travel comfortably around the island. Just a few minutes away are La Orotava and the charming Puerto de la Cruz, with its beaches, restaurants, gardens and the famous Lago Martiánez. It was close to shops and the main roads. There was also a bus stop nearby. The neighbourhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend.
