"We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever visiting in the area again. Thanks so much!"

"The staff and the coffee shop was excellent! Nice location. "

"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious."

"Esperamos muito quando chegamos pq ninguém achava nossa reserva, que inclusive já estava paga. O quarto era limpo, porém quase congelamos pq não tinha água quente no chuveiro, inclusive falamos com outros hospedes que estavam na mesma situação. Café da manhã simples, fomos pedir ovos e falaram que tinhamos que pagar pelos ovos. O hotel fica bem localizado , bem próximo a estação de trem ."

"The hotel was very gracious to hold all of our luggage while we made the trip to Machu Picchu. They secured it in a room off the main lobby. The lobby was clean and had comfortable sofas. I had an issue with the reservation Hotel.com charged me for the room but the hotel didn't have the reservation. I was with others so was able to stay in another room. All together we had 3 rooms but only one had hot water. The hotel isn't too far from the train and we were able to walk. They let us stay past...
