"Really lovely hotel Staff were super friendly and helpful, spoke really good English The welcome drink was indeed very welcome! Room was huge, really clean, bed was super comfortable Breakfast was superb, lots of choice and really delicious It's a shame about the location as I can see it used to be connected directly to the old terminal in Jorge Chavez which would have been so convenient It's around a 15-20 shuttle ride now, the bus goes every 30 mins from the front door There are two Wyndham Costa del Sol hotels at the airport - I did think I was booking the one right next to the new terminal building but I think this one is probably nicer, definitely quieter"

"Really friendly staff with decent spoken English, very helpful and approachable Good amenities including tea and coffee available in foyer and food until 10pm Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and delicious Room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable Only drawback would be that the hallways are quite noisy - tiled floor and open into a central courtyard/foyer, people coming and going to rooms was noisy. Often people were leaving very early for Machu Picchu treks etc. I would still definitely recommend it, a great location as well"

"The property is amazing. Close to the Plaza but not right in the plaza. Maybe a 15 minute walk. Love that the breakfast buffet starts at 3am. Convenient if you have to leave for an early trek or tour. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Very professional team. I would stay again if visiting Cusco."
