  • NEWLY BUILT APARTMENT WITH A SMALL PRIVATE COURTYARD, LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA JUST A FEW STEPS FROM THE MARINA AND THE TOWN SQUARE. It features an intercom, a washing machine, and a TV with a digital decoder, and is equipped with a large water storage tank and a pressure pump. The two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, making them quiet. A CAR IS REQUIRED TO REACH THE BEACHES, BUT THE TOWN CENTER AND THE MARINA CAN BE REACHED ON FOOT.
    NO PROBLEMS WITH PARKING, THERE IS A LARGE OUTDOOR AREA WHERE YOU CAN PARK, OR A PAID PARKING SPACE IN THE GARAGE FOR 30 EUROS PER WEEK (TO BE RESERVED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING CONFIRMATION, IF INTERESTED). Il trilocale è di nuova costruzione, funzionale e dotato di tutto l''occorrente per una rilassante vacanza. E''situato in una zona tranquilla, ma non lontana dal centro del paese. Ulteriore postilla, ma non meno importante, i proprietari sono giovani, gentili, seri e molto ospitali...qualità che non sempre si trovano. Credo che lasciare una testimonianza era d'obbligo dopo la bellissima esperienza trascorsa!!La casa rispecchia quanto indicato nell'annuncio, confortevole e in ottime condizioni! Personalmente vorrei annotare un pensiero positivo sui proprietari per la loro disponibilità che va oltre quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare da una prestazione di affitto per una casa vacanze!! Gentilezza ed educazione, caratteristiche che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole di quanto non faccia già la splendida terra in cui la casa è collocata!! Il proprietario è davvero disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione e si può notare quanta passione metta nel suo lavoro...La consiglierei a chiunque....amici e non... "La casa è molto carina, con due stanze da letto di media dimensione un salone/cucina ed un bagno. La posizione della casa è buona a pochi metri dal porto turistico e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni richiesta."
