Residence Itaca

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 150.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 15 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 2.50 per person, per night, up to 15 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 65 per accommodation, per stay, (varies per unit)
• Utility fee (between 01 June and 30 September): EUR 35.00 per person, per week

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet deposit: EUR 35.00 per week
• Pet fee: EUR 35.00 per pet, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 12:30 AM
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 25.00 per week
