### Lovely apartment in Residence with pool

It is the residence closest to the picturesque port of Santa Teresa Gallura, which is within walking distance.   
The structure, very recent, is located in a strategic position as it is located a few minutes walk from the center of Santa Teresa, a city full of shops and evening activities. It is located about 1 km from the Rena Bianca, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, characterized by white sand mixed with pink coral.  
The apartment, renovated in 2022, located on the mezzanine floor and with private entrance, has a garden, divided between sleeping area and living room.   
The apartment has six beds. New bathroom with Sardinian turquoise wax shower.  
It has a large living room with two sofa beds, open kitchen with induction plates, oven, kettle, equipped with dishes and equipment; covered veranda, double bedroom overlooking a large garden, where there is solarium and reading area.  
There are air conditioning, washing machine and TV.
