We upgraded our stay to the suite. Views were excellent, the beach access was SUPER convenient, and daily breakfast was the best. The hotel even helped arrange our shuttle back to the airport. Highly recommend getting the sea view for the room.

Great breakfast and great beach view of the Rene Bianca. However, I thought the property was directly on the beach or at least the beach chair were on the beach but this is not the case. You get beach access through the hotel but the beach chair are not on the beach. Otherwise, great hotel, family friendly.

Great location with a private beach, excellent service from the staff. We enjoyed the restaurant food & the variety at breakfast. The swimming pool is only for decoration, my kids would have loved to jump in, but that’s okay, we did enjoy as parents to sit and watch the horizon when they were in bed. (With glass of wine). Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The hotel is simply amazing hotel location along with the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. The best part is that you have your own sitting area that comes with a chairs and umbrella, no need to RSV a spot on the beach.

God Hotel, we stayed here the first week it opened and didn't have the best weather. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a good location next to the beach and walkable to town. The room was clean, balcony overlooking the beach, beds were a bit hard for my taste and the room can use some art as its very bare. Fresh water in the room every day would have been nice vs only the first day upon arrival. Breakfast was good. The pool isn't an actual pool and we noticed a mother and daughter when swimming only to be told its not a pool. The hotel should indicate this more clearly upon arrival and with signs at the pool. They charge for the sun beds on one side which they should remove this cost and include it in the price or make it mandatory to get a consumption here with service to make it more attractive. The bar area inside can use some ambiance and music. Overall we had a good stay but not sure if this is a true 4*.

Clean and modern hotel in a great location with gorgeous views - close to a lovely beach and to local restaurants. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Hotel has own beds on the beach but you have to pay €30 per day and the hotel pool is for show, you can’t get in it. Would be great if the rooms had a kettle/tea and coffee facilities and an iron.

Hotel was clean and nice, however there IS NOT a POOL you can swim in! It is only for Display, and our room was very very noisey 414. Shouldn’t advise with POOL on here remove photos! Staff were friendly food was great.

Great location

Location is the best thing about the stay. They have some free sunbeds and the others that are in a better position sit mostly empty because they charge 30 euro - honestly just make them free and include it in your price which is expensive anyway. Horrible smell in bathroom, not sure if it was sewerage or cleaning product.

Terrible hotel; we’ve travelled extensively and this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel; dirty, noisey, very basic food that’s not cooked properly; mostly rude and unhelpful staff that clearly hate their jobs and this reflects on how most guests are treated; remote access to the beach; daybeds are far away from the ocean; rooms are not cleaned and terribly managed; walls not plastered, etc properly; false advertising; would never stay there again

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The property itself and the rooms were immaculate. The breakfast that is offered is delicious! They provide free beach towels as well as an option for free chairs or $30 chairs on the beach in a private area with a great view! We had a few bumps in our itinerary that had nothing to do with the hotel and they were so helpful in accommodating our needs. The two front desk women (Alice and another woman who we didn’t catch her name, short hair with glasses and beautiful were INCREDIBLY kind and helpful) we thank you so much! Festus was another employee who was so kind and helpful for our beach needs. Luca at the bar was another favorite of ours. We cannot thank everyone enough! Stay at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

Hotel Without Pool

First thing to mention is that there is no pool. They have a large water feature that they like to show off. It is not a pool and you can't enter it. They lose major points for this as it is not clearly stated. The hotel is well located right above a beautiful beach, however, the hotel's portion of the beach isn't on the sand, but is up on the hill. You have to walk quite a bit from your lounge chair down to the beach. Still, you'll have a good time enjoying the ocean. The hotel interior, exterior, and rooms are nice and well-maintained. Overall, this isn't a bad place to stay, but it isn't quite as enchanting as the photos lead you to believe.

The location was fabulous and the room was great. Recommend selecting a sea view room with a balcony, sunsets are amazing and having a place to relax any time of the day was essential. The breakfast was decent, many options to choose from, the staff is very attentive and the view is outstanding. Apertivs here should not be missed! It would be nice to have entertainment options that include wine & cheese tasting, mixology class or something similar to meet other guests. Elena at the reception was desk was super helpful and kind as was the incredibly friendly staff at the towel stand.
