Jeżeli szukasz spokojnego odosobnionego miejsca na letni wypoczynek - to jest to miejsce. W nagrodę dostajesz piaszczystą plażę (300 m), wygodę, panoramę na morze i góry, przyjaznych sąsiadów.

Maison proche plage

Bien située vue magnifique endroit calme belle plage accessible à pied ainsi que balade dans maquis. Dans la nature les cochons viennent vous rendre visite. Endroit venteux qui permet de faire des courants d air dans la maison et donc de tenir sans Clim Les moins : en vaisselle juste 6 verres c est un peu juste, les portes de la douche vascillent et dommage que le jardin ne soit pas plus entretenu

Tolle Lage - der Rest etwas schade

Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick von Terrasse. Einrichtung + Sauberkeit in Ordnung, generell reparaturbedürftig. Kaum Utensilien zum Kochen, Kaffeetassen/Gläser kaputt und eingefärbt. Spülbecken + Wasserhahn (wackelig) mit Lack überlackiert der abplatzt. Stahlharte Matrazen, Dusch-Abtrennung hebt sich aus den Schienen. Kein Hinweis, das weder Spüllappen, Polster für Liegen,... nicht vorhanden sind. Garten mit Bauschutt belastet (scharfe Fliesen,...). Lage super! Luft nach oben

Bellissima la terrazza e la vista, ma...

Terrazza con vista panoramica eccezionale .area verde circostante l'abitazione ridotta ad un ammasso di sassi e sterpaglie . La casa è accogliente e l'arredamento gradevole ma risulta trascurata da tempo ; necessita di una accurata manutenzione e revisione delle serrature e infissi in generale ( le persiane non sono più funzionanti ). La batteria da cucina è scarsa . Piano elettrico di cottura troppo vicino al lavello .Sportelli doccia escono dalle guide .
