From its balcony, you will enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool. This apartment is simple and perfect for those who do not want to depend on a vehicle as it is also very close to the Santa Susanna train station. The area is ideal for coming to enjoy the beach, the sun and the entire seafront where you will find different shops, restaurants, cafés... It is located on the 6th floor of the building with a lift. Its layout is as follows: . living dining room . independent kitchen . 2 bedrooms . 1 bathroom with shower . 1 toilet . free wifi. Perfect for families due to its location that will allow you to easily get to know our coast. \- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time. · Community swimming pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on each situation.
