This 3 bedroom beach house features a private pool, bikes, outdoor firepit, and easy access to Walton Dunes and Eastern Lake beach accesses just 1/2 mile away. Optional pool heating is available for $385 per 7-night stay and must be requested after booking. Pets are welcome and must be indicated with the number of guests at the time of booking by checking "I am traveling with pets".

THE SPACE

Easy Breeze is a spacious two-story home that comfortably sleeps 7 guests in beds with space for an 8th guest on the sofa. The layout offers great separation for families and groups.

POOL HEATING POLICY

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $385 per 7-night stay, prorated for length of stay. Pool heat is not included in the base rental rate prior to booking. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please request it after booking and at least one week before arrival. Pool temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee will apply and will be added to the reservation during booking by marking "I am traveling with pets". Please message with details about your pet for approval before bringing a dog.
