It was a great location for us and the kids friends ( we went spring break). It was located between seaside and Rosemary area. It was easy to get to each but away from crowds. It was walkable to beach but the golf cart and bikes made it even easier. No need to bring chairs, towels or beach toys- This is great to know when packing and car space valuable, as with us. We only encountered two issues that need to be addressed. 1\. The golf cart is not street legal and is to be used only in the neighborhood. We took it to the beach daily and one of the days received a citation for no tag. 2\. The only blinds in the master bedroom are light filtering. If you are a very early riser, this will not be a problem for you. We would have preferred to have a darker room until at least 7 am. Other than that, it's a well maintained and comfortable home. ##### Kendra W.
