The rental was clean and plenty of space for my family (2 adults, 3 kids 4-8) and friends (2 adults, 2 kids 8-11). I would say the walk to the beach was at least 5 minutes, maybe a little longer. The private beach was not crowded at all. There is a great outdoor shower at the house to rinse off after the beach and then jump in the pool!
