We loved this little condo right on the Beach. Had a great view. It smelled clean as soon as we walk in the door. The bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping in a marshmellow. We did not use the kitchen but it was nice and well stocked. The beach was amazing. We liked that it had a private Beach so was not as crowded and we also felt safe in this little town. We enjoyed having a bit of an ocean view. The water was gorgeous. The little welcome boxes of bathroom and kitchen supplies were so cute and nice to have. The kitchen was very well stocked with any item you could need. I can't think of anything negative about the place. It is near many great dining places and grocery stores. We have never stayed on 30a and will pick this area when we return. There is not an elevator so pack accordingly. We didn't realize until we got there- and we had packed two very heavy suitcases. Next time, we would pack lighter. It wasn't bad to go up the stairs we just had too much stuff- and we didn't need it all because the condo had almost everything we needed! ##### Kimberly P. Outside was a different story and one that I realize you have no control over. Because of the construction next door— the ocean view was completely gone by our second day. The construction noise was not at all relaxing. Also the last two days the pool was littered with all kinds of debris— assuming put there by kids.
