Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We loved the house setup and area. Was beautiful. We mostly we at beach all day and sat in the patio room at front of house. Our only disappointment was that three of the bikes chains were not on and one bikes brakes were very bad. We were a little concerned safety wise so we didn’t get to use. Cart was great getting to beach but sounded really rough. Maybe needed some maintenance. Small things like no hand or shower soap in any of bathrooms or kitchen. No extra paper towels or trash bags. We bought Toilet paper , paper towels and trash bags. Aside from these small items we loved the house and would stay again. But I would have maintenance do checks on the bikes and cart. Thank you

Run from this company!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Michael didn’t care about the lack of cleanliness of the property nor the management. This property isn’t maintained at all. After a few complaints, Michael said he would refund my cleaning fee and 20% of the rental (which reduced in price before the end of the call). Now he’s not answering my calls or texts after 9 days and no refund. What a joke! Perhaps the company is so broke from bad business they don’t have my money to refund. Or, he’s just a liar! Either way, never again! Rename the company to “Never 30a properties” instead of all 30a.
