  • This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, comes with a 6 seater golf cart, four adult bicycles as well as option to rent more bikes at a discounted rate directly with your booking! The home is walking distance to 2 beach accesses along 30A. The first, Fort Panic Regional Access is 0.7 miles away, while the larger Dune Allen Regional Access is only 0.9 miles away. Both are great options and provide parking as well.

    Home Layout: First Floor: Kitchen Living/Dining Master Bedroom- King Size Bed and ensuite bathroom Guest Bedroom- Full size bed Nook with Barn Door closure- Queen sleeper sofa *Guest bedroom and Nook share a Guest bathroom* Second Floor: Bonus Space- 2 twin Size beds Master Bedroom- King Size bed with ensuite bathroom

    Things To Know: Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. If you decide to bring a pet, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee that will be added to your booking for up to 2 dogs. This may be added after booking depending on booking platform.

    Upon completing your booking, you will receive the guest agreement (including golf cart and bike waivers) via email directly from All 30A Properties. Please review the document thoroughly, electronically complete it, and return it to us at your earliest convenience. Confirmation of your booking is contingent upon the receipt and approval of this signed agreement.

    All Cancelations Will Be Charged an $89+Tax Fee For Processing Regardless of How Far Out from Check-in.
