📍 BEACH & POOL~
- Serenity at Dune Allen is a brand-new community right by the brand-new Dune Allen beach access, with new restrooms, a ramp all the way to the beach, and parking. You're on the western end of 30A, with easy access to Gulf Place's restaurants and boutique shopping, scenic bike and walking paths, and some of the most beautiful golf courses on the Gulf Coast. Highway 98 is close by for trips to Destin or Panama City Beach, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is nearby.
- Dune Allen Regional Beach Access: About a 3 min walk. Restrooms, outdoor shower, ADA access, seasonal lifeguards, and limited parking. No bike rack.
- Community Pool: Less than a 5 min walk, with lounge chairs, tables, and restrooms

✏️ GOOD TO KNOW~
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
