Sanders is the property management company that coordinate check in and and anything you need. They are top notch. They communicate timely and provided great information. We had a few items that needed to be fixed and they were onsite in under 30 minutes. The house is well represented by the pictures. It's very nice and in good shape. We stayed a week and loved it. It's approximately a mile from the beach, but with the golf cart that was nothing. We also road the bikes to the beach a few times. The golf cart is the best and most fun way to get around. The house is close to the grocery store and Seaside. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It was a first time to Watercolor and we really fell in love with it. ##### Chad N.
