It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
DETAILS: Delightful days await at 113 Needlerush Drive, a gorgeous 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Main House and Carriage House in WaterColor that sleeps 14\. Located in the Lake District, enjoy 6 community pools, pickleball courts, white sand beaches, and winding nature trails throughout this resort community. Guests will love relaxing on the breezy porches and being by the private pool as worries melt away!  
  
A spacious wraparound porch with Adirondack chairs and a table for 2 sets the scene for a relaxed coastal getaway as guests arrive. In the Main House’s open great room, dark wood and white shiplap walls wrap guests in refined luxury. Sink into the 2 soft couches for a movie night on the large TV. Up to 4 can sit at the expansive island and chat with the chef of the group as they cook in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a wine cooler and high-end appliances. The adjacent wooden dining table has seating for 8\. Outside, a covered Summer kitchen with a built-in grill connects to the enclosed yard, where lush greenery adds privacy around the sparkling pool. Spend carefree days in the blissful sunshine—2 loungers and a collection of cushioned patio chairs provide plenty of seating. As the day winds down, indulge in an evening roasting marshmallows over the firepit under the star-filled sky. Guests can retire to the guest bedroom with a king bed on this level or head upstairs.

#### Perfect House with Great Space!

House was so perfect for our large family stay. Had five young children that enjoyed all of the features! Could have easily stayed at the property for multiple weeks. Host was very prompt and communicative if we had any questions. Cannot recommend this listing enough.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and we had more than enough room for everyone in our group. It is well located. It was also very nice to have access to the watercolor beach club that we used a lot. We did a combination of walking, using the cart, or driving to the beach depending on our plans. The walk was a little long for me in the mid-day sun, but the younger ones in our party didn't mind it. But we walked up to and back from the fireworks and that was very nice. It was nice to have all the options. Also very nice to have the pool for cooling off in the afternoon.
