With six bedrooms, multiple living areas, a private pool, a six-seat golf cart, six bikes, balconies, and dedicated game and entertainment spaces, Ash in the Sand gives everyone room to relax and enjoy vacation at their own pace.

Whether you're traveling with family, couples, or friends, the home's three levels offer something that's hard to find in a beach rental: plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out.

Enjoy slow mornings on the balcony, beach days with the family, afternoons by the pool, and evenings filled with dinner, games, and time together. When you're ready to explore, your included golf cart and bikes make it easy to experience everything 30A has to offer.

**Gulfview Heights Beach Access is approximately a 10-minute walk away**, putting the white-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast within easy reach. Restaurants, shops, and other 30A favorites are also nearby.

Step inside Ash in the Sand and you'll immediately notice the home's open, inviting layout, coastal décor, and abundant natural light.

The custom kitchen serves as the heart of the main living area, featuring a beautiful waterfall breakfast bar with seating for five, generous cabinet and counter space, high-end appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals for your group.

Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats eight.

The first-floor living room features an oversized sectional and plenty of seating — the perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or gather after a day exploring 30A.

Also located on the first floor is one of the home's primary suites, featuring a king bed, private bathroom with double vanities, and direct access to the outdoor pool and lounge area.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level.

Step directly from the main living area into the private pool and outdoor entertainment area.

One bedroom serves as a second primary suite and features its own private balcony, a great spot for morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.

THIRD-FLOOR GAME & ENTERTAINMENT AREA

The third floor features a fun, relaxed beach atmosphere with comfortable seating, a foosball table, 65" Smart TV, wet bar, and queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping flexibility.

It's a great space for movie nights, games, watching the big game, or simply giving kids and adults their own place to hang out.

Step outside onto the upper balcony, where you'll find high-top and sofa seating overlooking the pool.

Down the hall are two additional bedrooms, including one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, along with another full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

BEACH ACCESS

The beautiful white-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast are just down the street at **Gulfview Heights Beach Access**, one of the popular public beach accesses along 30A.

Gulfview Heights offers restrooms, seasonal lifeguards, and vehicle and golf cart parking, making beach days convenient for the entire group.

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT **
The primary renter must be **at least 25 years old** and must remain at the property for the entire rental period.


** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March or April, **one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**

Violations of this policy will result in **immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.**

We want your vacation to begin as soon as you arrive, so every stay includes a **complimentary starter pack of essential amenities.**

The starter pack is provided as an **initial complimentary supply**. Once those supplies have been used, guests are responsible for providing any additional amenities needed for the remainder of their stay.

** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **
Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan providing coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000.

All incidents must be reported immediately.

Coverage does not apply to **intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.**

** IMPORTANT — BEFORE ARRIVAL **
Before arrival, all guests must complete a **Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation At Its Finest** and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.

Because Ash in the Sand includes a golf cart, guests must also complete a **Golf Cart Addendum** before arrival.
