    Haven & Shore" is an exquisite brand new 2-story home off 30A. In a, tucked away, private community you can have serenity from the hustle and bustle. This home features access to the seasonally heated and chilled community pool and a 6-passenger street legal golf cart for your trips to the beach, shopping and amazing local seafood dinners and a new community playground area.

    This luxurious new home offers an open floor plan which allows the custom designed gourmet kitchen, dining room and gathering room to flow seamlessly together. Enjoy the gorgeous special touches throughout this showcase home such as the gourmet kitchen's impeccable stonework, two tone cabinets and island, upgraded Kitchen-Aid stainless appliances, brushed gold pendant lighting and matching hardware fixtures. A custom wet bar and coffee area is through the archway under the staircase. The gathering area at Haven & Shore is perfect for spending time with your loved ones after a long day on the beach. It offers 3 sofas, is filled with natural light with two full walls of windows, features a wall mounted flat screen TV and french doors leading out to the back deck area. Off from the dining area is a beautiful screened in Florida porch with outdoor seating.

    A contemporary coastal decor adorns the beautiful Haven & Shore home from top to bottom. The brilliant owners designed this home with a king suite on each floor so the main floor features a gorgeous king suite perfect for the family member who want to avoid the stairs. The spacious private bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, LED mirror and walk-in shower with custom tile work. Upstairs on the second level you can rest soundly in the master suite with king sized bed, flat screen tv, sofa, private balcony and private bathroom. The bathroom offers a spa like setting with dual sink vanity, LED mirror and waterfall shower head, walk-in shower with wave specialized stone tiles and a rectangle soaking tub with beautiful brush gold hardware under a Parisian beaded chandelier. Down the hall is the fully customized bunk room featuring a built in bunk design with two twin over queen bunk sets and a stair set in the middle. This bedroom shares the guest bathroom with the 4th bedroom which features two twin beds. Both the bunk room and the twin room have wall mounted flat screen tvs.

    The main floor has a a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and access to the garage where the golf cart and beach equipment is stored. The home has a gas grill available for use and there is even an outdoor shower area to rinse off after your amazing day at the beach before hoping in the pool.

We really enjoyed our time at Haven & Shore. Beautiful clean home and pool. Kitchen is well stocked. We will come back in the future. Only wish is with 3 cars parked at home there is no way without moving cars to get the golf cart in and out of garage. Would be nice to have anexpanded driveway. This is our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood and the only one with such tight parking

Great Vacation

We had such a wonderful vacation and would absolutely recommend this home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The home was clean, maintained, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really appreciated how responsive and friendly the management team was throughout our stay. Haven and shore was the perfect get away! With specious and accommodating rooms, a beautiful bunk room, and amazing showers, we felt so comfortable our entire stay! Beautiful House

Our family loved this house! Our three littles loved the bunk room, the pool and the golf cart. The house is in a great spot and super close to the beach, food and coffee shops. The house was so clean and beautiful. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

I celebrated my 40th birthday with a few of my childhood friends at your beautiful beach house. Everyone loved the comfortable beds, couches and location. We also appreciated how clean the home was. We had so much fun remembering old times and creating new memories. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect and exactly as described, and was probably one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed in upon entry.
