### Relax & comfort in Gran Alacant (Alicante)
A three story terraced house measuring 125 m2 includes the following: 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them with a jacuzzi bath) and 1 toilet. Two of the rooms have 2 105 cm single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps up to two people so the house can accommodate up to eight people in total.
It is a very pleasant house in a private and very quiet residential area with a security guard present throughout the summer months. Some of the streets in the area have a sea view.
The house is situated in a pedestrianized area and surrounded by communal gardens, just in front of the terrace / at the entrance of the house, which is perfect for young children.
There is a lot of greenery with 2 spectacular pools for adults and children open from May until October with a lifeguard. During the rest of the year, you can access one of the pools and a paddle court. Sports center 2 minutes away. Shopping center 10 minutes away. There is a market every Thursday which is only 5 minutes away. There is also an area where paragliders can take off in the neighborhood which has very pleasant views of the Santa Pola marina.
If you like air sports, you can enjoy a two-seater paragliding flight. The lighthouse on the coast is only a 10 minute stroll with lovely views too. There are several restaurants of different nationalities and bars on your doorstep.
The airport is approximately 15 minutes away and there is a bus stop that can take you to Alicante and the beach area.

#### Van alle gemakken voorzien
Huis is prima schoon en netjes. De ligging is wat lastiger ivm de voorzieningen . Er is 1 klein supermarkt op 5 min lopen. Het centrum en het strand heb je echt een auto nodig. Restaurantjes in de buurt zijn prima onze indruk is mooie omgeving naar auto is raadzaam !

#### The description was accurate in most details.
The accommodation was mainly suitable for what we wanted. It could have benefited from more comfy seating especially if more than two people are staying. Also British tourist are used to and need the provision of a kettle to boil water for multiple purposes not least to be able to make a cup of tea. The provision of two hand towels and two bath towels per person per week is advisable ,not just one of each as we experienced. There was a miscommunication as to how many beds were needing to be made up, so that we only had one room with a ready made up bed. The storage of extra bedding equipment whilst probably clean, did not give full confidence that it was freshly prepared and suitably stored. It was attention to detail of bed linens, kitchen towels etc. that let down the overall experience.

Prettig verblijf, fijn huisje voorzien van allerlei gemakken, goede ligging tov de zee en winkels ( auto is wel handig) alleen last gehad van geluidsoverlast van omliggende woningen ivm verbouwingen.

#### 2 semanas fabulosas.
Estuvimos en esta casa con 6 adultos y 2 ninos pequenos en el mes de febrero. Sabemos, que de vez en cuando en las ciudades de veraneo hay problemas con calefaccion. En esta casa estuvimos muy a gusto, y no pasamos nada de frio. Otras ventajas - una poblacion cerrada y muy segura, ideal para los ninos, cocina muy bien equipada, muchos banos, terraza, una exelente comunicacion con los duenos, que en cada momento eran muy atentos y con ganas de ayudar en todo. Espero, que podamos volver muchas veces mas.
