### APARTMENT NEAR THE BEACH
We offer spacious two-storey apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden with terrace on ground floor and living room with grand terrace, kitchen. Free Wi-Fi,A/C, Garage.
In the dining room there are: sofa, coffee table, SAT TV, DVD with CD/MP3 dining table; living room has direct access to spacious terrace that offers magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. Living room is equipped with air conditioning and fans.
Wi-Fi for free.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, plates, fridge,toaster,coffee machine electric kettle, electric cooker with ceramic plate and dishwasher.
One bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds; both bedrooms are air conditioned and have large wardrobes.
On the ground floor guests have private garden with sitting area with a view of green areas and on the first floor there is a large 50m2 terrace, with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture (sunbeds,table and chairs,sun umbrella)
The apartment also has a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located in a quiet and cozy residence with well-maintained swimming pool, tennis court and playground for exclusive use of residents. Entrance to the premises, swimming pool area, garage and other facilities is possible with remote control.
Only 800 meters from the sea, it takes 15 minutes on foot and during the walk, you can admire Mediterranean greenery: bougainvillea, jasmine, oleander and palm trees.
Small shops and bars with free Wi-Fi internet are approximately 100 m away and a large shopping center with restaurants, shops, etc.: Mercadona, Lidl, Consum,at the entrance to Gran Alacant about 2.5 km. The shopping center can be easily reached by bus or tourist train. The bus runs every 30 minutes. (From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. pm to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00a.m to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays). The ticket costs EUR 1-1,70.

#### A week in Gran Alicant
Property is in great area and quite well equipped. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues though so be aware. Few mix ups with booking where instructions were sent in German and we weren't sure of actual address but Maria met us and showed us around. Lovely and peaceful area unless someone sets the neighbours dog off barking. Great public transport around area.

Esta casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable y tranquila. Queda muy cerca de la playa y la urbanización está muy bien cuidada y comunicada con el resto de Santa Pola y Gran Alacant.

#### Escapada con amigos
Estuvimos una semana 4 adultos y un perro. El apartamento cumplió nuestras expectativas, por poner una pega, diría que las almohadas no eran nada cómodas y tuvimos que dormir con cojines. Pero por lo demás muy bien muy espacioso, tranquilo y bonitas vistas. Cuenta con una terraza tipo solarium perfecta para tomar el sol o disfrutar de una cena con barbacoa. La piscina es comunitaria, pero muy amplia y buen ambiente, se puede aparcar en el interior del recinto. La urbanización muy limpia y cuidada, con bonitos jardines y flores. Recomendamos un bar cercano La Taberna de Pascual donde comer buenas y generosas raciones y arroces. La playa está a 20min andando y a 1h andando de la caleta del Gossets apta para perros. A ambas también se puede acceder con coche. A 4min se encuentra el centro comercial Gran Alacant con un Consum, Mercadona, Lidl y varios sitios de restauración. Recomiendo este sitio si buscas unas vacaciones tranquilas donde desconectar disfrutar de la playa o piscina con familia o amigos.

Location vraiment agréable pas très loin de la mer plus la piscine dans la résidence calme propre et très agréable la terrasse été au top 50 m2 vraiment génial juste petit bémol souci de tuyauterie mais efficace sur l'intervention. Tous le nécessaire dans l'appartement serviettes torchon etc..

#### Muy agradable
Todo muy bien. Casa limpio y comodo. Terazza grande con buenas vistas. Pequeño supermercado por la entrada y buenas restaurantes en la zona. Centro comercial muy completo a buen passeo o con bus. Picina tambien muy bien cuidado y agradable. Hemos tenido unas dias muy bien y relajado.
