The Space
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the 6th floor. The condominium is in the final stages of construction, but the apartment is in excellent condition for enjoying your stay in the city of Santa Marta.

Other highlights
At the front desk, at check-in, you must pay the registration fee per person, which is 5,000 COP for the entire stay and is not included in the accommodation rate. (This fee is not included in the Airbnb rates because it is collected directly by the building.)

All guests residing in Colombia will be asked, via VRBO chat or at the front desk, to provide an official legal document. At check-in, a mandatory registration fee of $5.000 COP per person for the entire stay must be paid (not included in the price; payable by card or bank transfer).

📋 Check-in requirements:
- Mandatory pre-registration at least 24 hours before check-in.
- All guests must present a physical ID.
- Foreign nationals must present a passport or visa with an entry stamp, or a valid Temporary Residence Permit.

- Minors must be accompanied by their parents. Otherwise, they must present a notarized authorisation form signed by their legal guardians.
