It has a maximum capacity of 11 people and is completely private. It features 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, relaxation areas, a jacuzzi, a workspace, a living-dining area, and a kitchen. The rental price depends on the number of guests. The initial price shown is based on an accommodation for 2 people. From the THIRD person onwards, there is an additional cost. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. The Accommodation Mansion SMR is located just a 7-minute walk from the historic center and only 6 minutes from the sea. This two-level house features a spacious lobby on the first floor, an open-concept kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. This floor also includes several relaxation areas. The backyard has a beautiful lounge area, perfect for enjoying the jacuzzi, having a BBQ, or just relaxing with friends. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find: \-2 covered parking spaces at the house entrance. 1\. Living Area: \-Lounge sofa with a large TV \-Smart TV \-Coffee table 2\. Open Kitchen: \-Spacious and fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes 3\. Dining Room: \-Table with seating for 12 4\.
