Igualmente es donde están todos los restaurante y discotecas de la ciudad, la zona rosa. Igualmente esta a unos pasos de la playa del centro historico y de la marina internacional de Santa Marta Getting Around: El apartamento esta ubicado en pleno centro histórico, donde no es necesario el coche para llegar a todos los restaurantes,la playa, sitios de interés, discotecas, etc. Todo esta en un entorno de 3/4 minutos andando. El centro histórico es muy seguro y se puede pasear, tanto de día como de noche, sin ningún problema. El edificio no cuenta con parking, pero cerca tienes varios privados en el que se puede dejar el coche.
