• By signing this agreement, the Guest agrees to abide by the internal regulations of the Zibá
Condos & Suites Condominium Property Regime. Violations may result in sanctions or
eviction. (Al firmar este contrato, el Huésped acepta cumplir con el reglamento interno del
Régimen de Propiedad en Condominio de Zibá Condos & Suites. Las violaciones pueden
resultar en sanciones o desalojo).
• General Conduct / Conducta General: Guests must observe good treatment towards
neighbors and condominium staff, respect other people`s spaces, and maintain silence/
privacy to ensure a high quality of life. The unit must not be used for purposes contrary to
morality and good customs. (Los huéspedes deben mantener un buen trato hacia los
vecinos y el personal del condominio, respetar los espacios de otras personas y mantener
el silencio/privacidad para garantizar una alta calidad de vida. La unidad no debe
usarse para fines contrarios a la moral y las buenas costumbres).
• Guest/Amenity Policy / Política de Invitados y Amenidades: Because this is a short-
term lease, tenants do not have the right to invite third parties (non-registered guests) to
use the pool area, multipurpose room, and grills.(Debido a que este es un arrendamiento
a corto plazo, los inquilinos no tienen derecho a invitar a terceros (personas no
registradas) a usar el área de la alberca, el salón de usos múltiples y los asadores).
• Balconies and Windows / Balcones y Ventanas: Guests are strictly prohibited from
using windows, balconies, handrails, or any other place in the condominium for hanging
clothes. Guests may not hang or shake sheets, rags, towels, rugs, mops, clothing, or shoes
from windows, doors, railings, patios, or terraces. (Está estrictamente prohibido que los
huéspedes utilicen las ventanas, balcones, barandales o cualquier otro lugar del
condominio para tender ropa. Los huéspedes no pueden colgar ni sacudir sábanas,
trapos, toallas, tapetes, trapeadores, ropa o zapatos desde ventanas, puertas, barandales,
patios o terrazas).
• Storage in Plain Sight / Almacenamiento a la Vista: Guests may not store toys,
strollers, bicycles, surfboards, or similar items on terraces, balconies, or patios that are
visible from the outside. Entrances and circulation areas must not be obstructed. (Los
huéspedes no pueden guardar juguetes, carriolas, bicicletas, tablas de surf o artículos
similares en terrazas, balcones o patios que sean visibles desde el exterior. Las entradas
y áreas de circulación no deben ser obstruidas).
• Trash Disposal / Disposición de Basura: Guests are required to separate and store their
garbage in closed bags and deposit it in the designated garbage containers located just
outside to the right of the front gate when exiting the building complex. (Se requiere que

contenedores de basura designados ubicados justo afuera, a la derecha del portón

• Property Damage / Daños a la Propiedad: The Guest is fully responsible for any
breakage, deterioration, or damage they cause to the private unit or common property of
the condominium. Damages will be deducted from the deposit or billed at current market
