I liked that the website shows the best part of the hotel but, onve you get there they give the customers the worst part of the hotel. They put you like in a corner with zero nice viwz to what they show in their website, and zero attemtion and or service. Personnel is rude and out of the 19 days I stayed in only 3 days I had hot water most of the time their water is bitter cold and they don't care. Once you in the hotel, nothing they can do to fix the problem. I won't recommend this place to any one ever.

Tangolunda was close to shops and good restaurants. There was use of a large pool across the street. Water was only cool in our room. WiFi was not very good. Staff was helpful.

Problema en la reservación

En el hotel bien, pero al llegar tenían aviso de que la reservación era de una recámara para 4 personas, en lugar de 2 habitaciones que les solicitamos a Hoteles.com. Menos mal que sí tenían otra habitación disponible, la cual tuvimos que contratar por nuestra cuenta.

View condidted of a wall separated our groundlevel room from the pool. Room itself was large and clean. Only tepid water for showers . Mattress (kingsize) was long overdue for a replacement, with a large sag on one side. The next door bar ( part of hotel?) starts music at 8am , and gets really loud in the evening until 11pm. Lots of construction noise during the day, as well as traffic . The pool on the other side of the street is nice. Cabstand on the other side of the street is very handy. Walk to the public beach is about 15 minutes. Affordable.

Las instalaciones estaban un poco descuidadas, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de las regaderas, también con las toallas (eran insuficientes), cuando solicitamos mas, no tenían. La conexión wifi fallaba constantemente. La verdad es que quedamos un poco decepcionados del lugar.

Le falta mas limpieza a las habitacion de forma habitual, cuando llegamos olia demasiado a humedad y habia insectos muertos en las repisas, al baño le falta un pequeño tope entre la regadera y el cuarto ya que toda el agua se pasa a la habitacion , cuando uno se baña.

El personal del restaurante es muy amable. Lo que no me gusto fue que no respetaron mi reservación, el cuarto tenian hormigas y las camas no eran las acordadas, no hubo toallas suficientes, y pague el servicio para más personas y la recepcionista según arreglo un paseo con ida y vuelta y al querer regresar del paseo me negaron el regreso y tuve q pagar más a un servicio de taxis. Estoy muy inconforme con mi reservación. Además expedia maneja costos más elevados que los establecidos en el hotel.

The hotel was not what we were expecting, even after reading the reviews. The pool shown in the pictures is open to the public, and a bit run down. The restaurant was okay, but was out of a lot of the breakfast choices. The ac was just a wall unit that kept breaking. We reserved a jr suite that was supposed to sleep 5, but the twin bed was an old futon that didn't fold down. We received fewer and fewer towels each day. There are almost no other places to eat in the area. Taxi service was easy to find though.

Basic hotel at a good price. Mattress and pillows were a bit too firm, but okay. Staff were very nice. Big pool in front of hotel, not a lot of people... it was a plus. Restaurant next door serve delicious hamburgers. There are shops near hotel; however, close very early. Taxis to downtown area cost approximately 4 dlls. Very safe area!! Overall experience was good!

Overall, this hotel is nice and in a convenient location. My room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was very kind. BUT, the restaurant/bar is open to the pool and all the rooms face the pool. The restaurant/bar has large screens and extremely loud music playing until at last midnight....and people cheering and yelling at the teams on the big screen. And then the dishes, pots and pans are washed in an adjacent room with only a cloth roof and partial wall. This was less than 10 feet from my room. Most nights, there was no chance of sleep before 1 a.m. (And btw, the large pool and "orange" rooms also shown in the photos are across the street. I didn't see anyone around the pool or at that part of the hotel during the week we were there.)
