This small villa for 6 persons is located in the countryside in the interior of the island and offers an ideal place to relax and spend an unforgettable holiday. Welcome to this rustic villa in the countryside of the centre of Mallorca. It is the perfect space to relax and spend an unforgettable holiday! Surrounded by nature and with a large terrace, this charming house in Santa Maria offers the perfect outdoor space for a holiday with family or friends. Enjoy pleasant alfresco meals on the large furnished porch, organise barbecues in the outdoor area with a fixed barbecue and relax in the 6x3 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. The terrace offers quiet corners with views of the rural surroundings, perfect to disconnect from the daily rhythm. The interior of the house combines rustic style with all modern comforts. Distributed over two floors, it has spacious common areas, such as a cosy living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room and a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. The three bedrooms, all with fans, guarantee rest and comfort. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed. There are two more bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern (gacker, gacker - wir fanden es schön!). Ganz herzliche Grüße an ihn! Santa Maria liegt optimal - man ist schnell in den Bergen oder auch im Süden, je nach Wetterlage konnten wir das gut nutzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ##### Heike G. Enjoyed our stay from the first moment we arried. Managed to find the place quite easily from the directions given- and that was at 11pm at night when its quite dark around. House is in a quiet area. Its about 10-15mins walk from the centre of town and mostly flat so quite easy to walk. Parking was not a problem and there was even fresh eggs available when we went as there were chickens at the the far end of the garden (fenced off). Would definitely stay again- Santa Maria is a great base for day trips to other parts of the island. I would recommend the vineyard in the town.
