Relaxation and privacy in an oasis of Sicilian beauty and tradition

Villa Le Lune is a renovated late-19th-century estate located in Sicily, in the countryside adjacent to the town of S. Margherita di Belice. The villa overlooks the sea on one side and the hills overlooking the Belice River valley on the other, set within a landscape rich in charm—a part of deep, undiscovered Sicily where traditional crops such as wheat, olive trees, and grapevines, as well as more unusual crops like prickly pears, alternative with the green of the woods that cover the higher elevations. Within the villa’s 19th-century structure—characterised by portals, windows, columns, and porticoes, and enhanced by the use of tuff (a local stone)— are the guest rooms, equipped with all modern comforts and furnished with traditional Sicilian furniture, featuring wooden ceilings with exposed beams; outside, there is a large garden filled with palm trees, citrus trees, and tropical plants, complete with shaded paths and flower beds.
Nestled among the greenery is a large, comfortable swimming pool (7 x 14 metres) that, when necessary, can be partially or fully covered with a telescopic structure, offering the opportunity to enjoy unique and exclusive moments of relaxation even in the middle of winter.
The villa offers:
- 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, including one suite (40 square metres) where an extra bed can be added
- a cosy open-concept space consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on a mezzanine level and, on the ground floor, a spacious bedroom with two single beds.
The pool is private; it is not shared with other guests.
