It is located in the town of Santa Margarita, 1 km from the Supermercado Bip Bip supermarket, 8 km from the Raro Restaurant, 11 km from the sandy beach Playa de es Capellans, 14 km from the rocky beach of Son Serra, 14 km from the natural park Parc Natural de S'Albufera, 20 km from the water park Hidropark, 23 km from the Alcanada Golf Club, 58 km from Palma de Mallorca Airport, 66 km from the Jungle Park amusement park and is located in an ideal area for children and in the urban centre. It has 50 m² of terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool, outdoor parking, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German). The independent kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. IMPORTANT Smoking is not permitted within the property. \-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa. \-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when you are not inside the villa. \-Guests will be obliged to dispose of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, or exceeding the number of permitted occupants in the dwelling. The owner has the right to expel the customer and all guests from the apartment, whether during the day or night, without providing any refund.
