The living room has a comfortable sofa and 45’ TV, next to a table with two chairs, ideal for dining or working. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping area, integrated in the same room, has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The complete bathroom with shower is accessed from the living room. From the studio there is access to a roof terrace shared with only two other flats, equipped with a solarium, hammocks and chill out area to relax in the sun. From Vecindario you can also explore charming villages and unique natural areas. Agaete, a beautiful fishing village in the northwest, is about an hour's drive away, as is the Tamadaba Natural Park and the Doramas Rural Park, ideal for hikers and nature lovers. Closer by, about 45 minutes away, is Arucas, a pretty village at the foot of the volcano ‘La Montaña de Arucas’. For those seeking iconic landscapes, the Parque Rural del Nublo and the iconic Roque Nublo are just over an hour away, perfect for day trips.
