The home offers a perfect blend of contemporary design, high end furnishings, and Southwestern accouterments while letting Santa Fe’s natural beauty serve as a backdrop. This is the perfect setting to take in everything that makes Santa Fe unique. LIVING AREA The living area has ample seating around the large TV and a gas-powered Kiva fireplace. Enormous windows let in ample natural light and show off Santa Fe’s gorgeous mountains. A queen sleeper sofa is available for your use. KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cook, and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A four-top breakfast nook is located just off the kitchen. The formal dining space is open to the living room and offers seating for six. BED AND BATH The primary suite upstairs is incredibly spacious, complete with a king bed, a private sitting area with a TV, a decorative electric fireplace, a balcony with sunset views, and a large en-suite bathroom with high-end contemporary finishes. The guest bedrooms are downstairs, both feature king beds, and share a bathroom in the hallway between them. It was everything promised and more. We had three couples and everyone agreed that it was the perfect place. The location was nice, less than 5 minute drive to down town. The house was lovely and clean with easy check-in. Beds were very extremely comfortable with extra sheets, towels and soaps and shampoos. Host provided a welcome gift of wine and snacks which was lovely gesture. Loved the covered patios for morning coffee. ##### Rekha G. Everything at the house was WONDERFUL! The communication from the property manager was EXCELLENT! Well furnished and comfortable. Nice towels. Third bathroom is small and downstairs near laundry but plenty of room in master bathroom to share. Nice patio. The living room was comfortable; our only complaint was the fireplace was a small gas burning fireplace rather than wood burning. The kitchen was adequate, but small if you were to do heavy cooking. Great location close to everything. The master bedroom fireplace was really more of a LED light that provided no warmth or much ambiance. Water for showers and dishwashing took quite a while to heat up. Overall, for the price and location, we would stay here again without hesitation. ##### Bryan H.
