Perfectly situated in Santa Fe, close to the downtown rail trail & green spaces—an ideal pied-à-terre! As you arrive, a dedicated off-street carport welcomes you, leading up the steps to the inviting porch. Step inside the great room, a charming warm wooden A-frame structure adorned with classic New Mexican brick floors. Natural light streams in through numerous skylights and windows, creating a cozy ambiance. Ground-level windows are fitted with top-down bottom-up shades, ensuring your privacy while maintaining the space's luminosity. Beyond lies a spacious, fully equipped kitchen boasting ample storage and a bathroom featuring a custom-tiled shower. For added convenience, a full-size stacked washer and dryer are also available. Adjacent to the great room, discover a tranquil wood-floored bedroom and sitting area, complete with an expansive closet. A queen-sized bed, snug reading nook, and a functional desk occupy this space, complemented by its private wooden deck accessible through sliding doors.
