This property is beautifully appointed with custom furniture, original art and all new bedding , pillows and sheets and all kitchen items. There is a very large master bedroom with its own TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are vigas in the ceiling, tile floor and 2 French doors leading off the bedroom, one to the back yard and the other onto the large sunroom. The sunroom is furnished with 2 loveseats and 2 lounge chairs and provides a wonderful area to escape from the main rooms. The sliding glass doors lead off the sunroom to the privacy fenced backyard with the hot tub, patio table and chairs and the BBQ grill. The 4th bedroom has double French doors leading onto the back yard as well and is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. There is a one car garage as well as off street parking for another 2 cars.
