This home’s main heat source is heated radiant floors from the boiler in the garage (I have the same heat source at my own home in Boulder, CO). It takes approximately 24-48 hours to heat a home with radiant floors, depending on the house. We drove from Boulder only to arrive to a 48-50 degree home inside. It took a solid two days to heat the home to 72 degrees. Strongly suggest triple checking that the management company ensures heat upon arrival. It was really frustrating to have to deal with that during Christmas Eve and Day AND to arrive to a frigid home after 6.5 hours in the car. We ended up using space heaters and dressing very warm the first couple days. Management company provided necessary detergent, soap, shampoo, etc but no garbage in the kitchen until we found the can on the last day tucked away in the laundry room. Not sure I’ll get a new listing again as we felt like guinea pigs on Christmas vacation. ##### Susan S.
