Sited above Bishops Lodge on .7 acres, this property offers mountain vistas, sunset views, a downtown location, privacy, parquet floors, large backyard with patio & grill. Master with ensuite bath. The space
Step through the gorgeous mahogany front door framed by elegant columns and chile pepper ristras, and enter this inviting, spacious, contemporary southwestern home.
The airy and bright chef’s kitchen has finely crafted french white cabinetry, tile floors, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, french door fridge and sink with disposal. Storm-gray quartz counters and a kitchen backsplash the color of moonstone add an ambiance of serenity. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dinette with seating for two beside large picture windows with enchanting views of dramatic landscape; rolling foothills full of juniper and pinon pines, stark mountains, vast skies.
The living and dining room have original parquet hardwood flooring and share a dramatic two-sided stone fireplace. Gather in the living room on the sagebrush gray sofa to stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Or relax in an armchair to re-read “Red Sky at Morning.” The sofa also converts to a full sized bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.
A wall of windows offers panoramic views of the enclosed back yard, silver-green treetops of the pines, austere desert scenery and rugged Sangre de Cristo Mountains in the distance.
Prepare a feast and gather your group around the formal dining table with seating for six. Your meal is sure to be joyful!
You’ll dream peacefully in the primary bedroom that has a king bed, a large closet, matching nightstands with reading lamps, a work desk and chair, and an ensuite primary bathroom. The ensuite primary bath has a dual-sink vanity, large well-lit mirrors, and a walk-in glass-door, spa-style shower.
The guest bedroom has two twin XL beds that can be converted to a King, nightstands with reading lamps and a large closet. Large windows fill both bedrooms with plenty of natural light. There’s a full bathroom off the hallway just outside the guest bedroom. This bathroom has a single sink vanity, large well-lit mirror and shower/tub combo.
After dinner, gather outdoors, in the backyard to watch the gold and crimson sunset spill across the sky. Sip sangria, light a fire in the fire pit, and watch as silver stars emerge from the black night. Take time to plan and discuss tomorrow’s adventures. A trip to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum? Hiking in the Santa Fe Canyon Preserve? A production of Madame Butterfly at the Opera House? An excursion to La Cienequilla Petroglyphs? There are countless activities and attractions to choose from.

Lovely property. Super comfortable bed with luxury betting. Great outdoor space as well. The couch is not very comfortable but the chairs are. Appliances are new and we loved the dishwasher drawers! Yes, 2 drawers! The location is very close to town, not really walkable but a few minute drive.We had a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable vacation.

The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and immaculate. Check-in was easy, even though the power was out in the neighborhood at the time (severe hailstorm just as we arrived). The property manager responded to our text immediately and offered assistance--which we didn't need after all since the power was restored a couple of hours later.The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Living and dining areas are comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious as are both bathrooms. The view from the living area is great.We would definitely come here again.

We had four adults and a 18 mos old. The 18 month old slept in the bed with his parents. We took the bedroom with the two twin beds. The property appears to be recently remodeled and was in good shape. The only criticism was the water pressure in the guest shower. Property was close to the plaza but not within walking distance.

This property is a beautiful house in a great location. We stayed in the upper level. It was spacious and comfortable. There is also an outdoor area with a grill and fire pit. It was nice to come home and have the outside area to take in nature. We walked to the Plaza and really loved. Santa Fe. You can't beat the location and comfort of a stay here.

#### Talk about a sunset
Beautiful home right on the edge of historic Santa Fe. The home was clean and comfortable. My family occupied the top unit of the home while another couple was in the downstairs unit. It was very quiet upstairs, we never knew we had neighbors unless we saw them outside. The sitting area outside was very nice but we mostly enjoyed the sunsets from the living room. My bed was very comfortable and my father enjoyed the master with ensuite bathroom.The bathroom also had shampoo, conditioner,body wash and lotion for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, even coffee,chocolates and a wonderful bag of blue popcorn. I would definitely book again if back in the Santa Fe area.

#### Perfectly Private and Comfortable Retreat Near the Square
We had a truly wonderful stay over Christmas! Our family absolutely loved the home, which made for a very special and memorable holiday. The location is fantastic—so close to the square! While the road isn’t the most pedestrian-friendly for walking, it’s still just a short drive away, making it very convenient.The home feels wonderfully private, tucked behind trees in the front that create a peaceful buffer from the road. The backyard is fully fenced and bordered by more trees, providing additional privacy and blocking most views of the road behind the house. Our small Boston terrier loved exploring the backyard!The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have possibly needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to well-equipped laundry facilities and bathrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family of four. Even with renters staying below us, we barely saw or heard them, and the house remained quiet and peaceful. While there was a little road noise, it wasn’t intrusive, and the area was very dark and serene at night.Overall, we were so impressed by this home and the thoughtful details that made our stay so enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to booking it again for our next trip to Santa Fe!

This property is very close to downtown Santa Fe which makes it very easy to access good restaurants, but far enough away so you don't feel the hustle and bustle of the plaza and crowds. In fact, if you are a walker you can walk to downtown for a coffee in the morning. But the back yard patio is a wonderful place to sip your morning coffee! And, in the evening on the back patio you can see the sun set and at night the stars! The kitchen is well appointed so if you desire a quiet night at home you can cook. Everything is there! The furnishings are beautiful and the beds comfortable. Oh...and there is wonderful air conditioning that works fantastic! This was a great find for us! The pictures on the web site are exactly what is there. A beautiful renovated mid-century home. There is a flight of stairs up to the front door but there is a railing for people who are unsteady using the stairs.

We all loved this place! Great stay for the whole crew. We’d all give a 5 star rating if they could replace the sofa. It’s very hard and not very comfortable. Otherwise a perfect stay.
