As a retired architect and builder, I personally oversaw the design and renovation, respecting the original adobe walls of the 1936 structure to preserve its authentic character. I was able to meet Veronica and she is very kind, generous, and accommodating. this is also how I learned about the history of the property (with the roots intact and also modernized), and her background. Everything in the space has been given very intentional thought for a special experience. It's also rooted enough to feel like a home away from home.
