### Delgado B-2: Just one block from Canyon Road!

This one-bedroom vacation rental has a private patio as well as a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, king-size bed, walk-in showers, and gas-burning fireplaces in both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with chef-grade appliances. The living room has a lovely view of the Atalaya Mountains and patio area as well as an Amazon Fire TV and enough seating for four people. The bedroom suite is very large with its own gas fireplace as well as a dresser and built-in closet. This space is perfect for a couple to stay for the weekend or even for several weeks! Only one blocks from Canyon Road and a ten-minute walk to the Plaza. Don't hesitate to ask us any questions!  
  
\*\*\*This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 60 lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.
