Location can’t be beat. Across from Ashley Pond, pleasant walk to Sugar & Cream and Bathtub Tow brewery, museums, trails. No hot tub or pool, though.

The staff, especially the nice hostess/manager at check in. She went above and beyond to do her best to make me feel like a matter. I needed a cup that fit the lids in the breakfast area and she tore the place apart looking for the cup, and she found it. Most places just say sorry and don't make the effort. She did. She made me feel like a mattered.

Yes although the body wash in the bathroom only lasted for one shower. Otherwise the room was great, the amenities likewise great (full size bottles for multi-uses were appreciated), all the staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. I'd like to know what brand of coffee they use - I loved it! And it was easy to control the room temperature, too.
