Inside, you'll find comfortable living spaces with traditional character throughout, including beautiful wood-beamed ceilings, natural light, and a layout that offers both connection and privacy. The main living room flows into an additional sitting area, creating multiple spaces to unwind after a day of exploring Canyon Road, the Plaza, local restaurants, and nearby galleries. The traditional fireplace adds to the Santa Fe ambiance and is designed for candle use only, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
The flexible floorplan works especially well for families or groups traveling together. Downstairs features two bedrooms and a full bathroom, with a connected bedroom layout that can be ideal for parents with children or guests wanting to stay close together. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, providing separation and comfort for larger groups.

THINGS TO KNOW:
To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent pods. Depending on the length of your stay and personal usage, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

We also provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and bed linens. This home is equipped with a washer and dryer, and you are welcome to wash these items as needed during your stay.

We have sugar ants here in Santa Fe and they often visit our properties. They are small and don't bite. We try our best to keep them under control by having our homes treated but they aren't harmful.

We don't provide coffee or supplies to make coffee.

Fireplace is not operable as a wood burning fireplace, however, you can light candles for ambiance.

Early check-in or late check out is subject to availability and may be arranged for an additional $50 fee.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
