This is a beautiful home, well-maintained, and with those special touches that made us feel so welcomed. The neighborhood was beautiful, and I so appreciated the beautiful flowers and plants all around. Oh, those bed sheets and duvets and pillows--so comfy! And thank you to the property management--Donna--for helping me to navigate the hurricane issues. Due to the weather, we did not see even one balloon launch --but, who cares? We had a wonderful time with family. Oh....the kitchen was so well equipped...virtually anything we would need to have a nice family meal. The bed in the Master Bedroom was not comfortable because of the foam pad, and the fitted sheet did not fit right. 2\. The thermostat is programmed and did not stay where we wanted as far as temperature settings. 3\. should have more directions on the TV remotes. 4\. Not enough large towels in bathrooms. OTHERWISE ...The location is perfect! We loved that it was tucked away in a quiet, little neighborhood, close to galleries and eateries. The home is quaint and nicely decorated. We could not enjoy the house or sleep. The rental company did respond and sent someone to repair the unit. It didn't last and we were never offered any sort of renumeration or even an apology. I expect more from a higher-end vacation rental company. We loved this property! We came in Memorial Day week for our daughter’s wedding and stayed here. It was so charming! Loved the old beautiful doors and authentic feel of a Santa Fe Adobe! Wonderful taste in decor! We had family and guests over and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and beautiful flowers. It was perfect for early morning coffee and cocktails in the evening! This property is perfect for a base for exploring Santa Fe. It is a short walk to Canyon Road, the Plaza and many shops, galleries and restaurants.
