They open concept layout was conducive to cooking & socializing with our small group. (4 adults.) The view from the patio was beautiful. There isn't a lot to do unless you go into Santa Fe (going for walks around the property requires that people are able to climb steep hills.) The biggest disappointment was that the community pool was closed due to coronavirus. They answered after hours number immediately and were very helpful. 1) beautiful view 2) property was spotless 3) beds were amazing with quality linens and high end mattresses 4)nice furniture, newer and high quality 5) new small kitchen appliances and flatware 6) new food processor and blender 7) great decor 8) Two master suites with private patios for each I personally own three vacation rentals so I know what it takes to make one stand out. This place does. It’s not the most expensive one I have ever rented but overall, it’s the best. I recently leased in Phoenix and not near the quality experience.
