The location of the unit was wonderful. Just a short hike down to the Plaza. It was also nicely appointed with a full kitchen, a nice dining area, living room and two bedrooms. The view from the front porch looking over Artist Road is fantastic.
My husband, adult child and I enjoyed our stay at Fort Marcy. Perfect location to walk to town to take in all the sites and amazing food in Santa Fe.Our unit was neat and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for chilly evenings.
The property was well maintained but we didn’t use the hot tub so not sure about that. This was perfectly located for our 2 days of snow skiing. I would rent this place again.
Walking distance to the Plaza. Porch to take in sunrise. Clean property. Even though we didnt use the wood burning fireplace there was a campfire smell in the main living area. Overall enjoyed the stay and would reccomend the property.

Very Clean & Neat! Great for Family gatherings.
We had a wonderful time at the cute and comfortable condo. It is a short drive or 15 min walk to the Plaza. We enjoyed all of the conveniences of home while feeling a world away in Santa Fe. Very, very clean!
Property was extremely clean! Views amazing! My only suggestion would be to have a keurig coffee maker as all four us liked our coffee different from each other. Overall the place rocked!!!
The property was as pictured and advertised Love the view sitting on the back porch in the evening. It was a short drive to a number of national park sites which made it appealing.

Beautiful view
We enjoyed watching the mountain views from our patio change with the weather and time of day.
The only down side was that we had to drive to the plaza because the walk back was all up a hill and too far for us to walk later in the day or at night.
The property was great and as described. Beautiful view of the mountains. Beds very comfortable and nice little patio area. More comfortable chairs would have been appreciated. Only issue we had was having to go to a different location to pick up keys and also back to same location to drop off keys.
We stayed 5 days. The condo was clean and comfortable. Quite a lot of storage space. A nice seating area outside. Everything we needed to prepare meals, but a new toaster would be nice. The condo is a short drive but to far to walk from attractions. Convenient parking 5 stars. We would stay there again
Location of this condo was perfect for walking to Cross of the martyrs each morning to enjoy the sunrise at one of the best views in Santa Fe. One morning even took the path straight down for a quick walk to the plaza. Or you could just sit in the living room and enjoy another beautiful view out the front window. We spent our last evening relaxing at Ten Thousand Waves, then it was easy 10 minute drive back to our condo to enjoy Posa’s takeout around our cozy dining room table. All the best of Santa Fe.
Overall, a great experience. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our adult daughter. The beds were comfortable and the location was very good. Kitchen was well stocked with more than the usual appliances/pots/pans, etc. The pool was not in use, however. It also was a small indoor pool. Since I had searched for 1) pool 2) AC and 3) WIFI as my search options, it was a bit annoying to get there and have no pool. From previous reviews, I don’t think this is unusual. If the pool is not working, they should let guests know.
Clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Nice view. There was a downdraft through the fireplace that made the air smell smokey. Fixed it with a plastic garbage bag and some tape, and airing out/turning on the HVAC. Slow drain in one sink. Kitchen screen door was stuck, frame was loose. Notified the emergency guy so hopefully they fixed it. There is a bazillion page long contract you have to E-sign that they don't tell you about until after you click Book. Despite those things, would stay again.
This is a lovely condo we didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub and it was a little cool when we were there but the home is lovely and well stocked for whatever you need blankets, dishes etc.
We love The Land of Enchantment and 30 Artist Road made it even more wonderful. The condo is excellent in every way and close to the action. I would highly recommend this property.
We loved our rooms - the kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed for making breakfast, and the view from our little porch was a great place to drink our coffee in the mornings! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we would stay there again!
We stayed for a week and loved it. It is perfect walking distance to the Plaza and Canyon Road. Unfortunately the pool is closed due to COVID19 but that was only a minor disappointment. We will be back!
